The Sentinel-3A Product Notices for SRAL Level-1 (NRT and STC) and for L2 Marine (NRT and STC) provide information on the SRAL current processing baseline, product quality and limitations, and product availability status.

The SRAL products can be accessed via the following means:

  • EUMETCast Europe on the High Volume Service:

    The Level 1B products will be distributed on channel E1H-S3A-05 (PID: 601, Multicast address: 224.223.223.11)

    To access the products via EUMETCast, users should register via our Earth Observation Portal (EOP).

  • EUMETCast Terrestrial

    To access the products via EUMETCast Terrestrial, users need to be eligible for access to a National Research and Education Network (NREN) which supports multicasting. Users with access to a suitable NREN can request access to the EUMETCast Terrestrial service via our Earth Observation Portal (EOP).

  • Our new pilot Copernicus Online Data Access (CODA) service, an online rolling archive with http access.

    The CODA can be accessed at: https://coda.eumetsat.int. If you are a first time user, click on ‚Sign Up’. You will then be taken to our Earth Observation Portal (EOP) where you will be able to request access to CODA. If you do not yet have an EOP account, then you will need to create one first. A CODA account will be set up for you and you will receive an email with your CODA account credentials within the next working day.

  • The EUMETSAT Data Centre (accessible via our EOP)

Optical Chopper Market to Record an Impressive Growth Rate During 2015 – 2021

Optical choppers are the devices or equipment utilized to vary and interrupt light beams at regular or fixed time intervals. By deploying variations in the frequency of the optical chopper, the frequency of the light can be respectively varied.
