ViaSat Sues Satellite-builder Loral for Patent Infringement

Satellite broadband provider ViaSat Inc. has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in a California court against satellite builder Space Systems/Loral (SS/L) alleging that SS/L used ViaSat-owned technologies in other customers’ satellites.
