AMOS Adds Mreza Plus to Bosnian Neighborhood
Spacecom (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: SCC), operator of the AMOS satellite fleet, today announced that Bosnia’s Mreza Plus TV is now distributed by the AMOS satellite fleet located at the 4°W orbital position. Spacecom and Mreza Plus signed a five-year agreement to broadcast the channel on 3.5MHz bandwidth in Bosnia. Spacecom and its local representative, Masterline d.o.o., secured this deal.

Mreza Plus is a general news and entertainment channel with local productions, documentaries, entertainment and news programming. The AMOS satellites are used for distribution of the channel throughout Bosnia.
“We chose AMOS because of their service and flexibility,” said Adnan Dokara, technical director at Mreza Plus/RTM-TV1. “The satellite’s signal strength is excellent and enables us to move forward in ensuring that Mreza Plus grows in the Bosnian market.”
“We are excited to have Mreza Plus join our network,” stated Mensud Hajro, Masterline’s director. “The Bosnian market is exciting and holds great growth potential. By working with AMOS, we have been able to create a rich broadcast neighborhood for the country.”
“AMOS is positioned as a strong player in the Bosnian market with this new deal,” said Eyal Altshuler, VP Sales CEE at Spacecom. “AMOS’ attractiveness as a partner is a result of our superior satellite performance, reliability and flexible technical solutions. Our goal remains to play a leading role in providing this market with a trustworthy and powerful solution for its communications needs.”
